Stuart brings over 30 years experience business to PACE which he says is all about serving the companies which use or operate contact centers, an activity which represents as much as 3% of the US population.

We talked about the relationships PACE maintains with regulators such as the Federal Trade Communication and Federal Communications Commission and this year’s Washington Summit which featured speakers from both organizations. A key topic was how to advise regulators on eliminating illegal “Robocalls” without prohibiting legitimate communications such as emergency notices. The event provided an opportunity  A guest at their Washington Summit just a few years ago was then Rep. Mick Mulvaney, now Director of both the White House Office of Management and Budget and now the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Stuart described the Four Pillars for PACE as Advocacy, Compliance, Networking, and Education and how he will take PACE to another level of service to its members.  The organization will unveil a new set of online courses leading to certification in Contact Center Management.
